International property investment

Property is a key part of many portfolios.

The choice of options is truly limitless and it can be hard to know where to start. Stories of costly mistakes are commonplace.

We are often approached by firms wishing to promote their services to our clients. Almost all are swiftly rejected.

There is one, however, to whom we have happily introduced clients for many years.

This firm is different. It does not merely market attractive investment opportunities around the world - which is the normal model.

Instead this firm actually purchases the properties first. Should they be unsuccessful in finding investors to buy them, then they must continue to own apartments. Clearly continued ownership is not part of the business model!

A firm that will invest its own capital into an opportunity, rather than simply produce a glossy brochure and charge a commission, is clearly putting its money where its mouth is.
